Die Störtebeker Braumanufaktur in Stralsund verbindet jahrhundertealte Braukunst mit modernster Supply Chain Technologie. Als eine der traditionsreichsten Brauereien an der Ostsee, bekannt für ihre Brauspezialitäten, steht Störtebeker für höchste Qualität und Innovationskraft im deutschen Biermarkt. Das Unternehmen pflegt eine 800-jährige Tradition und setzt diese mit über 20 verschiedenen Biersorten erfolgreich fort.

Herausforderung

Die kontinuierlich steigende Nachfrage nach den beliebten Störtebeker Brauspezialitäten machte eine Erweiterung der Produktions- und Logistikanlagen unausweichlich. Mit dem Bau einer neuen Abfüllanlage, die 40.000 Mehrweg-Glasflaschen pro Stunde abfüllt, und einem vollautomatisierten Hochregallager mit einer Kapazität von 30.000 Palettenstellplätzen, stellte sich die Herausforderung, den Materialfluss zu optimieren und die Integration der bestehenden Systeme nahtlos zu gestalten.

Unsere Lösung

VAHLE bot eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung, um die Effizienz in der Logistik und den Betrieb der neuen Abfüll- und Lageranlage sicherzustellen, und dies in einem System. Zum Einsatz kommen über 330 Meter unserer U10 Stromschienensysteme, ergänzt durch das APOS Magnetic Positionierungssystem und die vDRIVE Steuerung VCSX. Diese wurden nahtlos mit der bestehenden Elektrobodenbahn (EPB) integriert. Im 30 Meter hohen voll automatischen Hochregallager sorgt die VKS10 Stromschiene für zuverlässige Energieübertragung der Regalbediengeräten, um den reibungslosen Prozess in den sechs Gassen des Lagers zu gewährleisten.
