Career start at VAHLE: 15 talents begin training in 7 different professions

It is with great pleasure that Paul Vahle GmbH & Co. KG welcomes 15 career starters at the start of this year's training year. As a leading system provider for mobile industrial applications, the company has been focusing on the promotion of young talents for years - and this in seven apprenticeship professions. In the first few days, the trainees can expect an exciting and varied introductory week.

"Training at VAHLE is designed to support young people in their professional development and to lay the best possible foundation for their careers," says Kathrina Adelsberger, co-training manager at Paul Vahle GmbH. With the 15 new junior staff, the Kamen-based systems provider now employs a total of 37 trainees. "We attach great importance to a varied, interesting training period. During the VAHLE orientation week, the new trainees can expect exciting and varied activities such as trainee etiquette, a company rally or "dicey" hazard training," adds Adelsberger.

At the kick-off today, VAHLE Executive Board member Henning Stelte welcomed the newcomers together with the trainers. The first highlight in the orientation phase is the annual trainee excursion, where all training cohorts come together and spend an eventful day together. "The trainee outing is a special event that gives our trainees the opportunity to get to know each other better and develop team spirit at an early stage," says Kathrina Adelsberger.

Paul Vahle GmbH & Co KG, the largest employer in Kamen, attaches great importance to providing the best possible training for its apprentices. This also includes the time the junior staff spend at vocational school. To create optimal learning conditions, the company therefore provides each trainee with a laptop.

The 15 career starters are taking different career paths at VAHLE: Two are training to become warehouse specialists, two to become production mechanics, two to become industrial electricians, two to become technical product designers, four want to become industrial clerks, two to become metal technology specialists and one to become an industrial mechanic.

The VAHLE family company is pleased with the successful start to the new training year and is already planning the next one. In order to continue its long-standing tradition of promoting young talent in 2024, the company is already looking for more committed trainees.
