With the CPS 20kHz, VAHLE has a mature and field-proven solution for inductive energy supply in its product range. Crane systems, heavy automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and applications with high performance ranges are reliably supplied with energy.
VAHLE is a pioneer in the field of charging contacts and offers the world's largest standard range. The solutions are extremely lockable and durable, and of course also available fully customized.
Due to their high wear resistance and resistance to acids, the U20 and U30 conductor systems are reliable power suppliers even in harsh environments and with complex as well as curved track layouts.
The VKS was developed for small construction towers and can be assigned up to six poles. This allows the system to transmit control currents and other signals in addition to the drive power.
With the SMGX, the proven SMGM system has been adapted for outdoor use. It is based on the functional principle of the SMGM, but has particularly robust mechanical components and also ensures significantly higher tolerances. The shielded slotted waveguide enables high transmission rates and avoids unwanted interference signals from inside or outside.
APOS Optic can position automatically controlled systems with millimeter accuracy at any time. The simultaneous detection of multiple code fields means that gaps of 40 mm can be safely traversed. Even in demanding environments, the system ensures reliable detection.
